Privacy Notice
This site collects very little. There is no analytics tracking, no advertising and no cookies set by us. The data handled is what our hosting provider logs to keep the site up, what you put in an email or the contact form, and your first name and email address if you sign up for one of our two email lists. The figures you type into the calculators never leave your device, even when you sign up. We do not sell personal information.

What We Collect

What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not run behavioral or retargeting advertising on this site.
- We do not use analytics cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Cookies
We do not set any cookies. Our hosting and security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to keep the site available and to distinguish real visitors from automated abuse, which includes the bot check on the contact page. Those are the only cookies this site is capable of setting today.
Who Processes Data For Us
Five providers. The second and third only if you use the contact form, the fourth and fifth only if you sign up for email:
- Our hosting and CDN provider, which processes server logs on our instructions in order to serve the site.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, the bot check on the contact form. It runs when the contact page loads and exists to stop the form being used by automated abuse.
- Resend, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox. Your name, email address and message pass through it in order to reach us.
- systeme.io, which stores the email lists and sends the emails. It holds your first name, email address, the tags for which list and which link you came from, and the usual delivery records of which emails were sent and opened.
- Google Sheets, a private spreadsheet where each sign-up is also logged (name, email, page, source and date) so we can see which pages and links bring people in.
Affiliate programs we participate in may set their own tracking when you click an affiliate link and leave this site - at that point their privacy policy applies, not ours.
There are two email lists, and you only join one by signing up for it: the free Proven Path report on the home page, and the Retirement Gap Kit on the money calculator. Each sends a short series of emails from Rob Fore at rob@robfore.com. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
The Retirement Gap Kit sign-up never sends your calculator figures. The "your plan" link the calculator gives you keeps your figures after the # mark in the address, a part that browsers do not send to any website, so they stay on your device even when you open the link later.
Your Rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email legal@robfore.com and we will action it.
If you are in the EU or UK (GDPR): you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what is collected, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the right to ask still stands and we will not discriminate against you for exercising it.
Retention
Security and server logs are retained briefly by our hosting provider. Emails you send us, including anything submitted through the contact form, are kept as long as needed to deal with the matter, then deleted on request. The contact form has no database behind it, so there is no second copy anywhere. Email list sign-ups are kept in systeme.io and the sign-up spreadsheet while you are subscribed; after you unsubscribe or ask, we delete them on request.
Do Not Track
We do not track you across sites in the first place, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to change here.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated notice.
